If your products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we are very sorry!
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied please contact us via Email: email@example.com or Phone: 4914 0883 and we will meet our Australian legal obligations.
You will be offered either store credit, an exchange for an non faulty item or a full refund. For a full refund, proof of purchase will need to be supplied. Personal information may be requested for returns or exchanges for the sole purpose of processing the return.
Change of Mind Returns
Is the item you received not to your liking? Or isn’t the right colour or style you wanted? No problem!
For a ‘change of mind’ return we offer store credit to be spent whenever you like on whatever you want. Store credit will be offered subject to the following conditions:
- Products purchased from Bangalore Sydney, in-store or online, can be returned at any time by the customer with proof of purchase.
- The items returned must not be clearance items. All clearance items are bought as is and we don’t accept ‘change of mind’ returns on these items.
- The items returned must be in original sale condition, unused with original tags/labels attached, and;
- Refunds will not include the cost of shipping. Items purchased from our website can be returned in store with proof of purchase.
